All Weapons in Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival
This list is a work in progress. The article will be updated with additional weapons and details as they are confirmed.
Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival features melee weapons and firearms that help Aidan survive encounters with enemies. Melee weapons are useful for close-range combat, while firearms let you attack enemies from a distance. Some weapons are more effective against specific enemies, so choosing the right one is important.
All Melee Weapons
Melee weapons are useful for conserving ammunition, but most will lose durability as you use them. The Knife is an exception, as it does not break and can be used for stealth kills. You may find more than one of these weapons in-game, so this guide will show you where you will first find them.
| Weapon | Type | First Location |
|---|---|---|
| Knife | Bladed | Found on a hanging body after the Chatterer chase. |
| Machete | Bladed | Found under a wash basin in the archive/library area. |
| Cleaver | Bladed | Found in a bathtub in the tiled washroom. |
| Sawblade | Bladed | Location to be confirmed. |
| Jagger Messer | Bladed | Location to be confirmed. |
| Skullcrusher | Blunt | Found on a saw table in the workshop beyond the shrine room. Effective against armored enemies. |
| Baseball Bat | Blunt | Found in the Sewers underground |
| The Nailer | Melee | Included in the Deluxe Edition. Acquisition location to be confirmed. |
How to Repair and Reinforce Melee Weapons
Melee weapons lose durability as they are used. You can use Repair Kits to maintain them, with the type of kit determining how much the weapon is repaired.
- Basic Repair Kit: Slightly restores a melee weapon's durability.
- Advanced Repair Kit: Completely repairs a melee weapon and reinforces it to deal more damage.
The Advanced Repair Kit is especially useful when you want to restore a weapon and increase its damage at the same time.
All Firearms
Firearms allow Aidan to attack enemies at range, but ammunition is limited. Search your surroundings for supplies and use crafting to replenish ammunition when needed. You can upgrade these weapons in Zora's shop.
| Firearm | Location |
|---|---|
| Pistol | Obtained during story progression near Room 206, after restoring power and opening a metal door. |
| Shotgun | Found beside Aidan after he falls into the graveyard and frees his foot. |
| SMG | Found in a safe on the upper floor of the mansion. |
| Revolver | Purchased from Zora for 300 coins after a boss fight. |
| Assault Rifle | Purchased from Zora for 450 coins after a boss fight. |
Weapon Skins
Some editions include cosmetic weapon skins. These change a weapon's appearance and do not count as separate weapons.
| Skin | Weapon | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Punisher | Baseball Bat | Deluxe Edition. |
| Cenobite | Shotgun | Deluxe Edition. |
| Labyrinth | Pistol | Pre-order bonus. |
| Martyr | Sawblade | Pre-order bonus. |
All Genesis Configuration Abilities
The Genesis Configuration is both a supernatural weapon and a tool for solving puzzles. Its combat abilities consume Suffering, which Aidan gathers through executions.
| Ability | Effect | Unlock Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Telekinesis | Launches objects such as saw blades and rail spikes at enemies, causing damage and dismemberment. | Unlocked after exiting the sewer area. |
| Pyrokinesis | Absorbs and wields fire to burn enemies and interact with the environment. | Unlocked during progression toward finding the Statue's Tongue. |
| Hell Chains | Summons supernatural chains to attack and tear apart opponents. | Unlocked after the third Chatterer chase. |
Outside combat, the Genesis Configuration helps Aidan navigate the Labyrinth and solve environmental puzzles.
- Manipulate the Labyrinth: Change parts of the environment to open paths and reach new areas.
- Solve configuration puzzles: Rotate and adjust the box to unlock gates or activate mechanisms.
Weapon Tips
- Manage your inventory. Melee weapons, firearms, ammunition, and crafting materials all take up space. Check your available room before picking up new equipment, and drop items you no longer need if your inventory is full. Look for inventory capacity upgrades to carry more supplies, and use the Storage boxes to store items you deem useful for later.
- Do stealth kills. Sneak up on enemies and use the Knife to take them out quietly without wasting ammunition.
- Target armored enemies with the Skullcrusher. Blunt weapons are useful for dealing with enemies wearing armor.
- Keep melee weapons in good condition. Use a Basic Repair Kit to restore some durability or an Advanced Repair Kit to fully repair and reinforce a weapon.
- Manage your ammunition. Save firearms for encounters where melee combat is too risky or enemies are difficult to approach.
- Check Zora's Shop. Purchase firearms, upgrades, and recipes as you progress through the game.
