How to Solve the Duckie Door Puzzle
Quick Answer: Go back to the office and use the S&M Duckie on the door. After that, climb the stairs to leave the cult room.
The Duckie door is the last step before you leave the cult room in Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival. To unlock this, you'll need the S&M Duckie from the Leviathan Tip puzzle.

How to Open the Duckie Door
[1] Get the S&M Duckie First.
Solve the Leviathan Tip puzzle to receive the S&M Duckie. Without it, the door stays shut.
[2] Deal With the Cultist in the Church Room.
When you return to the church room, another cultist comes in and will probably find the bodies you left behind. Kill him quickly, then take the Coins from his body.
[3] Use the S&M Duckie on the Door.
Return to the office area and use the S&M Duckie on the door.
[4] Climb the Stairs to the Club.
Climb the stairs to leave the cult room and enter the club.
Armored Enemies
Armored enemies resist bladed weapons, so switch to a blunt weapon when you meet one.
In the same chapter, the armored enemy in the room after the offering room is easier to handle with the Skullcrusher from the nearby table.
