An Emolga has been going around stealing food from people! Capture them!

[1] Go to the rooftop.
・Easiest way is by using this holovator

[2] Talk to the man. He talks about an Emolga that's been stealing food in the area.

[3] Chase after the Emolga
・The man recommends using Roto-glide. But for the first chase position, just go around the area instead.

[4] Battle the Emolga and catch it.
・It is level 53.
