[1] Talk to Dixan.
・Dixan is searching for a way to experience that iconic coffee of Lysandre Café one more time.

[2] Ask either Grisham or Griselle for Information.

[3] Go to Cafe Noveau's Third Truck and talk to Dixan there.

[4] Go back to Lysandre Cafe.

[5] Battle the baristas and win.
