[1] Approach the police officer and the Corvisquire.
・It seems that the Pokémon is attached to a worn out scarf with the name "Destin" on it.

[2] Say that you will ask Naveen about the scarf.
・He suggest to go ask Asami.
・You are given the Dirty Scarf.

[3] Go to Boutique Couture and talk to Asami.
・She reveals that the scarf must have belonged to a student from Galar, but their emblem is from 3 years ago.

[4] Go to Academie Etoile to look for Destin.

[5] Battle him and win.
