Unlocked after talking with Corbeau during Hyperspace Mission 03 and you must have finished Side Mission 108.

You have brought two Raichu trainers together, and now they want to try battling you with their different Mega Raichu.

[1] Enter the Hyperspace distortion.
・The distortion is inside the shopping mall.

[2] Approach the two Raichu trainers.
・If they both look familiar, it's because one of them introduced the evolution stones to us and the other traded an Alolan Raichu with us!

[3] Battle with them and win.
