Project M Pokemon Legends Z-A Side Mission Full Walkthrough and Guide

・Get the "Project M" Mystery Gift via Internet and head to the 3rd floor of Lysandre Labs.
・Must have completed the Main Story.

The systems at the old Lysandre Labs have reactivated, unleashing a Dangerous Pokémon that was once a research subject. This is an emergency—catch Mewtwo!

[1] Claim the Mystery Gift

・To start this extra Side Mission, claim the free Mewtwonite X and Mewtwonite Y:

Go to Menu -> Link Play -> Mystery Gift -> Get via Internet

[2] Head to Lysandre Labs

・When you're done with the Main Missions, go to the Third Floor (B3F) of Lysandre Labs. You can use this Elevator.

[3] Release the Locks

・Approach the Machinery near the Ultimate Weapon Plans to activate Project M.

・Choose "Release the Locks" Option to summon Mewtwo.

・You'll get a call from Mable, telling you how dangerous Mewtwo is.

[4] Catch Mewtwo

・You're now tasked to capture this Lv. 70 Pokémon.

・Similar to Diance during the Shine Bright Like a Gemstone Side Mission EX1, you'll be given unlimited chances of catching it.

・This Quest will be completed once you're done catching Mewtwo. Goodluck on throwing the Poké Balls!

Note: Increase your chances by applying status ailments, knocking out, then using Dusk Balls on Mewtwo.
