Help a chef make a knife out of a Skarmory's feather by finding one!

[1] Talk to the chef. He asks you to find him a Skarmory feather so that he can make a knife out of it.

[2] Go to Wild Zone 17 and find a Skarmory Feather on the rooftop.
・Be careful of the Alpha Mawile on the rooftop

[3] Defeat the Skarmory.
・It is level 65
