A Ruby-Red Legend Pokemon Legends Z-A Side Mission Full Walkthrough and Guide

Unlocked during Hyperspace Mission 12.

Note: This is only available through the Mega Dimension DLC.

You've learned that Groudon dwells on the other side of the Ruby Distortion. Make the Special Donut needed to enter Groudon's pocket of Hyperspace, then go and catch it!

[1] Create the Omega Old-Fashioned Donut needed to enter the Ruby Distortion

・Head to Hotel Z and talk to Ansha! This is the list of requirements in making the Special Donut:

Sweet - 260 Points
Fresh - 260 Points
Sour - 160 Points
Spicy - 160 Points
Bitter - 20 Points

・Here's the list of Berries that we used, but feel free to create your own to meet the required flavor stats:

Hyper Tanga Berry x 3
Hyper Payapa Berry x 2
Hyper Colbur Berry x 1
Hyper Chilan Berry x 1
Hyper Roseli Berry x 1

[2] Meet up with Korrina and Urbain/Taunie

・Fast travel to Jaune Pokémon Center and head to the marked Hyperspace Rogue Mega Arena in Jaune Sector 11.

・Talk to Korrina by the Ruby Distortion's entrance and feed Hoopa the Omega Old-Fashioned Donut when you're ready.

[3] Catch the Legendary Pokémon Groudon!

・Head down the cliff and approach Groudon to start the first phase of the battle. This Lv. 200 Pokémon can use Fire Blast, Scorching Sands, Solar Beam, and Drain Punch.

・After you deplete its HP, it will turn into a Rogue Primal Groudon! Take note that Water-type Moves won't be effective in this form. Attack it with Ground-type Attacks.

・To dodge Primal Groudon's charged attack, find a safe area by stepping away from any upcoming lava on the ground since that will be the range of its attack.

・Once the battle ends, catch Groudon to get the Red Orb and to complete this Mission! If you haven't done it yet, start the A Sapphire-Blue Legend to catch Kyogre.
