[1] Talk to Erpen.
・He seems to think his Arbok is a Seviper...?

[2] Acquire a Seviper.
・They can only be caught in Hyperspace Lumiose. Try a 3 star Poison-type distortion.

[3] Show Erpen the Seviper.
・He believes they are both Seviper but eventually comes around to believing that Sevy is an Arbok.
