[2] Get him an XL Gogoat.
・Unfortunately, there are no Alpha Gogoat, there are however, Alpha Skiddo. You can get one at Wild Zone 3.
・Evolve Alpha Skiddo to Gogoat at level 32 and there, you'll get your XL Alpha Gogoat.

[3] Talk to the man again.
