Help Puff create a miracle and make this city snow in summer!

[1] Talk to Daisy.

Head over to the Miguel District and speak with the Felicita Gelato Staff, Daisy.

Unfortunately, they are out of stock! She said that the Bikers bought all of it to thank the snowman anomaly.

[2] Defeat the Bikers.

A group of Bikers suddenly arrives! Defeat them to proceed. Attack from behind for an easy win.

[3] Find and talk to Puff the Snowman.

Follow the objective marker to meet Puff!

Kindly decline after finding out how the creature "cools down" people.

Puff then asks for a favor: be its translator to make the snow come early! Ask it questions to get to know it better.

[4] Go to Nekomaru Ramen.

Visit the ramen shop as the first step to snowfall.

Talk to Koharu inside, who is reluctant to let Puff draw customers because of the head chef. Persuade Nekomaru to like Puff to gain permission.

There's a commotion outside! Upon checking, a customer got burned from eating the ramen too fast. Puff was able to help, but the man is too stunned by how the creature cooled him off.

The upside is that this event resulted in Nekomaru agreeing with Puff's plan. Now, all that's left is taking a picture of this cute fella by the shop's entrance.

Make sure Puff is inside the frame to get a proper photo.

Koharu rewards Puff with the icy drinks after a hard day's work. They talk about how they could get more cold air inside the shop.

[5] Go to 7-Oceans Seafood.

The two go to the Seafood Shop in Yurutown. The store's refrigerated delivery truck is the perfect choice for the second step!

Speak with Consuelo by the 7-Oceans Seafood's entrance.

Consuelo has been recently scammed by some "helpful anomaly", so he doesn't trust them and insists he doesn't need a truck driver.

With smart thinking, the Esper thought of giving a 30,000 Fons deposit in exchange for the Truck Key Fob.

Go near the refrigerated truck and take another photo of Puff.

Next, hop in and start the truck. Make your deliveries at Clicky first, then head over to Panda Hotpot. The last destination is Budoriya.

When finished, head back to 7-Oceans Seafood to talk to Consuelo.

[6] Explore with Puff at the Gold Apple Collection Hall.

Visit the museum for the third step to snowfall.

View the Fons and Head Chef's Knife exhibit, and check out the ice sculptures upstairs.

Of course, don't forget to take a photo of the little friend at the museum.

A Butler approaches the two and asks for feedback.

[7] Explore with Puff at the Hethereau Skytower.

Hethereau Skytower's rooftop in Miguel District is the next stop. Take the elevator to reach this area.

Just like last time, take a picture of Puff there.

Puff the Snowman gives the Esper a big hug before telling them to witness the miracle snow tomorrow.

[8] Find Puff at the Caltrop Lake Station.

Pass some time until the next day.

Approach the Passerby, Daisy, and a Biker around Caltrop Lake Station and check if they have seen Puff.

There's a new message and it's from Mint.

[9] Go near Caltrop Lake.

Examine Puff's traces by the lakeside to learn its bittersweet fate.

[10] Pick up Puff's Grass Circle.

End the Quest by grabbing Puff's item and reading its final letter.
