The entity is roaming around the New Herland District. Teleport to the nearest Wetheimer Tower or any Phone Booth in the area before pursuing it.
[2] Follow the Suspicious-looking Truck.
It moves through the city disguised as an old trailer truck. Ride a vehicle and chase it down.
[3] Defeat the Octowpus.
Upon entering its vicinity, the Anomaly reveals its true form as an Octowpus. Defeat it to complete the Anomaly Commission.
