Nightmare-Bound Walkthrough
**Be advised: This Anomaly Commission has horror elements. Mute or lower the volume if the audio is too scary. You can also play in co-op. **
[1] Head to Hethereau Municipal Hospital in the first intersection of Onion Road and Davida Avenue.
Enter the lobby from either side of the hospital. To the left of the desk labled in Chinese as "出、入院办理" (Discharge and Admission Processing), there is an open door leading to a stairwell. Enter this stairwell to find a strange man staring at a corner.
Approach the man and listen to what he says. When given the choice, close your eyes to begin this Anomaly Commission.
[2] Investigate the Nameless Hospital.
Before you begin, the game will show you a description of the level and what to expect. You'll be investigating an abandoned hospital filled with Surge Anomalies composed of Bandages. They have an aversion to light and sound, so use that to your advantage. To escape, you must find clues to submit to the record room. There are various clue combinations that will show you a "truth" and ends this initial investigation. In order to accomplish Endings 3 and 4, you must accomplish Ending 1 and 2 first, as they involve the 3rd floor of the Hospital.
Solve Ending 1:
The first thing for you to do once you spawn in is to to approach the computer on the nearby desk. Reading it gives you the Anomaly Disorder Clue I, and a text explaining the origin of the Anomaly Disorder. All clues will give you lore regarding the hospital.
Afterward, exit the room through the open door, and then head right to the hallway. You may notice something enter at a door at a distance, but you don't need to worry yet. It won't attack. Do not follow it either, as it will not appear. When you enter an crossing , go right and keep moving forward until you enter a hospital lobby. Go to the reception desk to pick up the Keychan: 1F. Now you can access the first floor Clinic and Operating Room.
Exit the reception hall and move across the hall. Keep moving forward once you're at the crossing. Open the first door on the right to access the Operating Room. On the operating table is the Anomaly Disorder Clue III. However, once you exit the data menu, the Bandaged Anomaly will suddenly open the door. Flee to the left immediately to escape and cross to the other operator room.
Run across the hall until you enter into a hospital room. Enter the left door and approach the next computer for the Anomaly Disorder Clue IV.
If you are caught by the Bandaged Anomaly, it will start patrolling the hall and second surgery room. To outrun the monster, let it get close to the exit or to the door of the surgery room, and then time your run and dashes so it has its back to you. It won't be able to catch you with its bandages. Keep running until you enter the left door of the hospital room.
Enter the door to the left of the room, and then enter the next door to the left of that room as well. There will be a few lockers illuminated by a fallen light. Approach the lockers and open it to obtain the Spare Key: 1F to open the stairwell door on the first floor.
Destroy the garbage blocking the door to the left of the lockers, and exit to another hallway. Immediately enter the door to the left to enter the Stairway. Climb the stairs to enter another reception hall. Behind the reception hall is another door, filled with cameras.
Approach the cameras and insert clues to view Ending 1. The clues can be put in any order in any camera, the below is just an example of what to do.

[3] Solve Ending 2.
To solve the other endings, we must approach the man and once more enter his dreams.
To solve ending 2, the first thing to get is the Surveilance Record Clue. From the lobby, go left, then right. Enter the door opposite the elevator and navigate through the shelves and screens to get to the end of the room. At the right corner, there is an open notebook containing the Surveilance Record Clue I.
Now the rest of this ending involves entering the 2nd floor. You can go through the surgery room to gain access to the stairs if you want, but luckily, solving Ending 1 gives us the Staff Elevator Card. Enter the Elevator to gain access to the second floor.
Once out, you will be in a hallway. Go left, and follow the rest of the hallway to enter the second floor lobby. As you walk accross, enemies will spawn. You don't need to defeat them, although defeating them will make going back to the camera room easier. Make note if the floor floods, as this can affect what you need to do next.
At the end of the reception room, go left, and then turn left at the bloody wall. Enter the room with a red glowstick by its door. By now you will start to hear the Bandage Monster, so be careful not to move when you hear it right outside the door.
Inside this room, approach the open notebook to obtain Surveillance Record Clue II. Afterwards, approach the corkboard on the right side of the wall to obtain the 2F Keychain. If the floor is not flooding, flip the switch in the room to make the corkboard appear.
Afterward, exit the room and turn right. Enter the first door you see, the one beside the room with a broken wall. When you enter, there is a notebook hanging off a corkboard. Investigate it to obtain the Surveillance Record Clue III.
Now return to the reception room by exiting the door, turning left, then turning right and going forward until you reach it. Enter the room behind the Reception Desk, aproach the cameras, and insert clues to view Ending 2.
The clues can be put in any order in any camera, the below is just an example of what to do.

With everything complete, you will now view Ending II.
Here's how to get Ending 3: Medical Abomination
[1] Head to the Elevator then press the 3F
From the starting point, go the elevator and press the 3F.
[2] Get the Key - North District
After exiting the elevator, walk a short distance until you see a blue canister beside a double door. Interact with it to get the Key - North District
[3] Get Anomaly Experiment Clue II
Enter the double doors then take the door to the right. Press forward until you see another door to the right and enter the room filled with empty canisters. Investigate the notes to get Anomaly Experiment Clue II
[4] Get Key - South District
Backtrack your way out of the room and return to double doors then proceed straight. Keep going forward until you see a clock on the left wall. Interact with it to get the Key - South District.
[5] Get Keychain - Office
Head towards the double doors in front of you. There will be a fork pathed ahead of you marked by a reception desk. Take the path to the right and enter the door. The Keychain is located on the leftmost locker.
Note: Do not stay too long inside this room, otherwise you'll be forced out of the room. So time is essential.
[6] Get Anomaly Experiment IV
Leave the room where you got the Keychain then walk towards the left door. Walk for a bit until you see a door to your right. Head inside and look for a pile of documents on top of a desk. Investigate it to obtain Anomaly Experiment IV.
Note: Do not stay too long inside this room, otherwise you'll be forced out of the room. So time is essential.
[7] Get Anomaly Experiment V
After getting Anomaly Experiment IV, head towards the door to the left with Exit sign. Run to the end of the room to the door on the left. There will be another door just after exiting the second one. You'll enter a room with hospital beds with one of them having a pile of documents on top. Defeat the enemies that spawn here then investigate the documents to get Anomaly Experiment V.
Note: Do not stay too long inside this room, otherwise you'll be forced out of the room. So time is essential.
[8] Take the Elevator to the 2F then head to the projector room
Make your way to the elevator by exiting the door where you just came in. This time, turn right to the corridor then head left to the door which leads to forked path. Keep going straight then turn left from the double doors where you first stepped in. Go inside and press the 2F
Once you arrive at the 2F, go to the room behind the reception area with the 3 projectors. Insert Anomaly Experiment Clues II, IV, and IV and watch the video that plays afterwards to clear Ending 3.
This ending is a lot more complicated than the rest so pay attention. It is also recommended to bring the Nanally, Aurelia, or Zero because of particular segment.
[1] Take the elevator to the 2F
Just like before, take the elevator once you spawn in.
[2] Get Keychain 2F
Once you exit elevator, head right towards the reception area. When you see the bloodsplattered wall, head left. Keep running until you pass the bathroom and reach a door with a red light on the floor. What you do next depends on the scenario

[3] Head to the Room with a Hole
From this room, go left and continue running through the corridor. Head right and go to the second door. This room has a massive hole in the wall
[4] Get "Jigsaw" - Type IV
"Jigsaw" - Type IV is located inside a sealed canister in the middle. The only problem is that you have to make your way up since it is located in the room above. There are three ways to do this depending on the character you're using:

[5] Take the Elevator to the 3F
You can leave the room by destroying the trash bags blocking the door. From there,retrace your steps until you reach the reception area then go to the elevator.
[6] Get the Key - North District
After exiting the elevator, get the Key - North District by investigating the blue canisters next to the double doors.
[7] Assemble "Jigsaw" - Type IV and enter the hidden room
Head through the double doors and and assemble "Jigsaw" - Type IV in middle of the room. A hidden room will suddenly appear.
[8] Obtain V???'s Notes
Going inside the room and you'll see a couple of sealed canisters and a wall to the east. Go through it, and the wall will disappear, revealing another hidden room. This room has a desk with documents on it investigate it four times in order to get the notes.
[9] Obtain and Assemble "Jigsaw" - Type I
Make your way back to the room with the assembly table. Head straight then go to the first door to the right. "Jigsaw" - Type I is inside a sealed canister on the right side. Go back to the assembly room and assemble the new piece. Defeat the enemies that spawn here. Once that's done head to the new corridor.
[10] Obtain Anomaly Experiment Clue III
The Bandaged Monster will patrol this area. Let it pass first the head towards corridor where it started stalking. Go right after reaching a dead end then enter the first door to the right. Investigate the documents on top of the shelf to get Anomaly Experiment Clue III.
[11] Get Mysty Out of its Canister
After getting Anomaly Experiment Clue III, head to the room opposite from where you are and investigate the canister on the far right. Select the "Come with me" option to bring Mysty out.
Note: Mysty will disappear if you bring it out for too long so time is precious.
[12] Turn Mysty into "Jigsaw" - Type 2 and Assemble It
Once you have Mysty, head straight to the corridor then once you hit a fork, turn left and go through the first door to the right. Interact with the broken canister to turn Mysty into "Jigsaw" - Type II. After that, make your way back to the assembly room to finish the puzzle.
[13] Go to the Second Hidden Room
From the assembly room, go back to the corridor where the monster is patrolling then make a right. Keep running until you see a wall covered in blood then head left to the door at the end of the hallway. You'll know once you a fallen bookshelf in the entrance
[14] Solve the Switch Puzzle
There are a couple of enemies inside so take care of them. You'll see a light switch between two shelves, this is how you'll get inside. Toggle the switch in the following and interval: 2 short → long → long → long → long → 2 short.
[15] Obtain Anomaly Experiment Clue VI
The shelf will rotate, exposing yet another room. Approach the yellow computer and interact with it to obtain Anomaly Experiment VI.
[16] Return to the Elevator and View the Clues
Leave the room then make your way back to elevator and proceed to the 2F. Go to the room behind the reception area with 3 projectors. Insert V???'s Note, Anomaly Experiment Clue III, and Anomaly Experiment Clue IV into the projectors to achieve ending 4.
