Teleport to the ReroRero Phone Booth near Crystal Mountain Avenue. Head to the marked area to begin the "Party Boxer" Anomaly Commission.
[2] Go to the Building's Rooftop.
Climb the walls of the building to reach the top. Approach and speak with the entity.
[3] Defeat the Ora Puncher.
Defeat the Ora Puncher in a boxing match within 180 seconds. Parry its special punching moves to deal extra damage! Don't forget to collect its Anomaly Residual to obtain an A-Ranked "Oraora!" Plasma Arc.
