Heaven's Forsaken Walkthrough
[1] Go inside the Midas Tower.
This is marked by the map as Midas Arc Workshop. It is near the ReroRero Phone Booth on Crystal Mountain Avenue.
[2] Head to the WITOP Building.

| 2 |  | Once inside, follow the path until you see the WITOP Building. Glide toward said building. |
[3] Defeat the fish anomaly.
Wait until the tower disappears, and then defeat the fish.
Note: In case you have trouble making the fish appear, leave the place and re-enter.
[4] Contain the anomaly to end the quest.
