Follow this guide quest and take on the first Anomaly Commission!

Available after completing the "Good Morning, Hethereau" Quest.

[1] Check out the New Commission.

[2] Start the "Lightspeed Tagger" Anomaly Commission.

Simply follow the Quest Marker and go to the area near the Iris Bridge. The anomaly is found there.

[3] Defeat Bopp.

[4] The Long Path to Tycoon: Reach City Tycoon Level 2.
