Prepare for Rain Walkthrough
[1] Go to Illusion Town.
The anomaly will be found in a basketball court, right beside 9°C Coffee.
Enter the water covered basketball court and approach the Umbrella.
[2] Defeat the Rainmen.
The world will turn upside down, and it will suddenly be raining. Three Rainmen will appear to fight you. Be careful of their teleports and quick projectiles that can fire from off screen. After defeating all 3, 2 more Rainmenwill arrive.
Eliminating all Rainmen grants you the Unmbrella Arc.
