[1] Track the Anomaly.
Track the Anomaly near the Orichalcos Imaginist.
[2] Head to the Road Tunnel.
Drive through the road tunnel beneath the Orichalcos Imaginist. Stop near the area where a staircase and door appears.
[3] Enter the Underground Room.
Go inside the room and follow the path to a curtain-lined hallway. The Anomaly is waiting in the middle of the room.
[4] Defeat Film - MANISH.
As the curtains rise, the boss Film - MANISH reappears! Nullify it to complete the Anomaly Commission.
