[1] Go to Miguel District.

This anomaly is in a unmarked building in Saint Torres Steet, across from Moby Dick Bookstore and close to a building labled Cubox.

Enter the building to find an open elevator. It doesn't matter which floor you choose, but once you press a button, you will be forced to walk in first person mode until the end of the commission.

[2] Escape the Anomalous Realm.

The elevator doors will open to a strange hallway with a flickering light at the end. Examine the repair switch on the right side of the end of the hallway, and the HUD will disappear. As you walk back, it will reappear, but be careful of the last door on the left suddenly opening and closing.

Once again, it does not matter which option you choose. The Elevator Doors will open to a strange floor with flickering lights. As you walk down the hallways, doors will start to open and shut on their own. There won't be any trouble, but it may be a bit scarry. Answer the ringing telephone at the end, and the HUD will disappear and reappear as you go back to the Elevator.

Once you try to pick a floor, the Elevator will seemingly glitch out and stay open. Forcing it to start multiple times will make it descend once more. However, it will stop again, and you'll have to force it to start and wait for it to go down. Black water will come from the edges of your vision to meet in the middle, but it will quickly disappear.

Once the black goo disappears, you'll find that 3 elevator buttons have disappeared. You'll have to walk down the hallway again to look for them, but be careful. The black water will be pouring from the ceiling to make puddles that damage you. Walk carefully to avoid damage. Once you get the third button at the end of the hall, even more water will start pouring, so you have to watch your steps even more.

At the elevator, the 3 buttons will be highlighted for you to pick. You can pick any of them, but be warned. Water will suddenly break out of the farthest door and reach for the elevator. The doors will close before it does any damage, so you won't have to worry there. The door will open at one final blackened hallway. You cannot exit, so pick the only floor option left.

Suddenly, a water portal will appear on the elevator doors. It will start shooting spikes to attack you. Dodge to the opposite sides to avoid damage, and it will eventually disappear.

Once it does, wait until the elevators open to a bathroom. The bathroom will be filled with flowing water, but they won't be damaging. Walk to the faucet and tighten it to complete this Anomaly Commission. You may now exit down the elevator back to the 1st floor, and return to the real world.
