[1] Track the Anomaly.

Teleport to the Wetheimer Tower or any Phone Booth in the New Herland District. The Anomaly is located on top of a Pink Paws Bank building near the intersection of Oia Avenue and McQueen Phantom Avenue.

[2] Climb the Pink Paws Bank Building.

The anomalous entity can be found at the very top of the building. With no accessible doors or elevators, the building must be scaled from the outside to reach the upper section.

Upon reaching the building's top section, proceed up the staircase to access the helipad.

[3] Interact with the Red Torii Gate.

Interact with the gate to initiate a cutscene. It opens and transports the player to the Anomalous Realm where the entity resides.

[4] Defeat the Nestbound Bird.

The Nestbound Bird emerges, initiating the encounter. It is weak against Cosmos, making Zero, Chiz, and Edgar especially effective. Execute counterattacks during its special diving and swooping attacks to wear it down.

For a moment during the fight, Hotori briefly intervenes and places the battlefield in stasis. Use this opportunity to sneak extra attacks in!

After nullifying the entity, remember to contain its Anomaly Residual to gain the S-Ranked "Tears Beneath the Mask" Arc. This act finishes the Anomaly Commission.
