A Sad Bear Cries Not Walkthrough
[1] Track the Anomaly.
Teleport to the Wetheimer Tower or any Phone Booth in the New Herland District. The Anomaly is located near Kino Station.
[2] Walk Down the Alley.
Follow the nearby street until the player arrives at an empty lot.
Approach the tattered stuffed bear leaning against a set of concrete pipes.
[3] Defeat Saddy Teddy.
Upon entering its vicinity, the Saddy Teddy comes to life and begins to attack. Defeat it to complete the Anomaly Commission.
