[1] Go to the Rice Farm in Miguel District.
The Rice Farm is located to the right street near the intersection leading to Northridge Town.
Go to the farmhouse to see the Frozen Anomaly.
[2] Defeat the Rain-sweeping Maid.
Attack the Ice to free the Rain-sweeping Maid and start the fight.
This Rain-sweeping Maid is particularly durable. Depelete her Break Meter to end the fight quickly
Eliminating the Anomaly completes this Commission.
