Power Saver Walkthrough
[1] Go to the riverside in Miguel District at night.
The riverside is in between Ironheart 9th Avenue and Saint Torres Avenue. The Anomaly will be at a small alleyway behind the Bamboo Pharmacy.
If you don't approach at night, there will be no Anomaly. You can go do other activities, or you can use the Time System in your phone to advance to Nighttime.
[2] Defeat the Eternal Lamps.
There will be 3 Eternal Lamps for you to fight upon entering the area.
The Eternal Lamps are extremely quick in both their attacks and mobility. Make use of both dodges and AoE attacks against them.
Don't focus on fighting only one of them, as defeating one will only temporarily leave it disabled and free to be revived by another Eternal Lamp. Defeat all 3 in quick succession to complete this Commission.
