Teleport to the Wetheimer Tower in Unheard Shores and track the Anomaly.
[2] Follow the Suspicious-looking Truck.
It moves through the city disguised as an old trailer truck. Ride a vehicle and pursue it.
[2] Defeat the Octowpus.
Defeat the enemy to complete the Anomaly Commission.
