Ride Assault Walkthrough
Before you can trigger this anomaly you need to reach City Tycoon: Level 3.
[1] Head to the road between Davidia Avenue and Fox Window Street
Make sure that you are riding a car at night. If not, you can change the time in the menu
[2] Chase the Headless Rider
A chase will play out. Chase the Headless Rider until you reach a tunnel.
[3] Defeat the Headless Rider
Once you enter the tunnel, you will be transported into the fluctuation zone. Prepare yourself because you need to defeat the Headless Rider to accomplish this commission.
