How to Defeat Tag Guardians Walkthrough

[1] Focus on one guardian at a time

Since this is a 2-on-1 boss fight, it is better to focus on one of them first.

This boss fight is essentially a test on whether you remember how to fight them early on in the game.

[2] Defeat the Greatsword Guardian First

Focus on the Greatsword Guardian first. It is a slow boss, so be aggressive and initiate the offense. Pay attention to the color of its face. If it is Blue, attack. If it is Red, dodge or counter.

[3] Defeat the Great Bow Guardian Last

Once the Greatsword Guardian is defeated, shift your attention to the Great Bow Guardian. The Great Bow Guardian will either fire a widespread shot or charge up and fire a single shot. When the Great Bow Guardian begins to fire, dodge or block with your shield.

Take note that the Great Bow Guardian will jump around in order to gain some distance so close the gap and keep attacking.

Tag Guardians Location

The Tag Guardians are located in the Doorway Ruins. Explore the area and retrieve the Red Doorway Ruins Key.

Tag Guardians Rewards

The Tag Guardians will drop Magicite Fragments upon defeat. Make sure to pick them up quickly or they will vanish.
