Wind-Tossed Adoration Walkthrough
[1] Find the Devoted Attendant
The Devoted Attendant could be found in the garden near the entrance of Huther Castle. After talking to her, she tells you that her hat, which was personally given to her by the princess, was lost somewhere in the seashore.
[2] Head to the seashore
The cherished hat is located on the seashore southwest of Huther Castle.
[3] Find the Cherished Hat
Head to the left-most part of the seashore near the ladder and you'll find the Cherished Hat.
[4] Return to the Devoted Attendant
When you return the hat to the attendant, it seems to be in tatters. Fortunately, the princess stopped by to fix it her for.
Wind-Tossed Adoration Reward
The attendant will reward you with the Scallop's Charm which raises shield recovery speed by 100%. This would come in handy if you're in a sticky situation where you need to constantly defend yourself.
