How to Get Day Off
To unlock the Day Off Arc, a Hidden Side Quest needs to be done.
After completing the "Good Business, Better Treasure (Prologue II)", talk to Eclipse in the BAC Headquarters who is staring at an anomaly.
Afterwards, look for Eclipse in these four locations at 8:00-10:00 (Sunny):

Once all of those places have been visited, return to BAC Headquarters. Talk to Eclipse there and get the Day Off Arc.
