How to Get The Great Thief
Can be obtained by doing the following:
[1] Head West of the Serenetti Manor
Keep going until you see a rugged camp being occupied by a Danzaburou
[2] Defeat the Danzaburou
After talking with it, it will challenge you twice. First it will shapeshift into 3 different objects but will keep the red scarf on. This is your clue to finding it. Next it will shapeshift into an enemy for you to fight. Beat it then you will get the Arc.
