How to Recover Health
Use Healing Items
To restore health, use Healing Items. However, Healing Items do not restore health immediately after use, so it's good to secure your surroundings or use them when enemies are vulnerable.
Move to Safe Areas
Health can be partially restored by moving to safe areas found in various locations on the field. Safe areas are places with light, and besides break rooms, if you find a place with strong lighting, move there and recover your health.
Full Recovery is Not Possible
Even if you move to a safe area, your health cannot be fully restored. The system only allows you to recover a certain percentage of maximum health once, so you cannot fully restore your health by repeatedly entering and exiting, or waiting and entering again.
How to Use Healing Items

Open Equipment Menu and Equip Healing Item
To use a Healing Item, open the equipment menu and equip the Healing Item. Since you cannot use it immediately from the equipment menu, in emergencies it's recommended to escape or take shelter in a safe area before attempting recovery.
Equipping to Quick Slots is Recommended
If you want to use Healing Items quickly, it's recommended to equip them to quick slots. By quickly equipping from quick slots and using the item, you get benefits such as being able to use them when enemies are vulnerable.
Hold R2 to Recover
Once you've equipped a Healing Item, hold the R2 button to recover. You can only recover once the recovery gauge is full from pressing R2, and if you cancel, recovery will not occur. If recovery doesn't work well, try holding the R2 button until the display disappears.
