The Hunting Rifle hits hard, but reloading takes time. A missed shot leaves you exposed, so line up your aim carefully before you pull the trigger.

Step 1 - Unlock the Doors from the Security Room
Head to the Security Room and use code 170823 to access the Computer and unlock the doors throughout the Wellness Center.
Step 2 - Find the Missing Doorknob
Vladimir Blum's workshop is missing its Doorknob, so you'll need to track it down first. Head to the Staff Lounge, then check behind Reception for a box underneath the desk.
Step 3 - Return to the Workshop and Grab the Hunting Rifle
Head back to the workshop with the doorknob in hand. Once inside, you'll find the Hunting Rifle in the unlocked cabinet.
