FBC Charm Effects
Damage taken when enemies are undetected is increased.
The FBC Charm increases damage dealt when enemies are unaware of your presence. If you can attack without being detected, equipping it allows you to deal damage more efficiently. However, it has no effect once you are detected, so if you get into a prolonged fight, consider switching to another charm.

Solve the Nursery Rhyme in the Forest Ranger's cabin
The FBC Charm can be obtained by completing the Nursery Rhyme at the Forest Ranger's cabin. Nursery Rhymes are available in Watery, so if you haven't obtained the charm yet, try completing it.
