Flare Gun Performance
Useful in Battles Against Multiple Opponents
The Flare Gun shines in fights against groups of enemies, its powerful beam of light clears the darkness around you. The explosion after it fires isn't strong enough to finish enemies off on its own, so switch to another weapon right after and follow up with an attack.
How to Get the Flare Gun
The Flare Gun is found while making your way through "The Story of the Journey of Alan Wake The Musical," during the mission: Initiation 4 – We Sing. You need this weapon to move forward, so grab it from next to the typewriter before continuing.
