Anchor Charm Effects
Added enemy stun effect to the flashlight
The Anchor Charm increases the flashlight's brightness and gives it a chance to stun enemies. Since you can enhance your flashlight with this effect, it's recommended to equip the charm during combat.

Clear the Nursery Rhyme in the boatyard
The Anchor Charm can be obtained from the Boatyard Nursery Rhyme. Nursery Rhymes are available in Bright Falls, so if you haven't obtained the charm yet, try completing them.
