Unshieldable Tips
Hack the Executioner to open up its weakspots and hit it with the Riot Blaster twice to knock it down. Doing so allows you to hit its weakspots on its back with the Shockwave Gun and kill it quickly. This should not take you more than 35 seconds if done right.
