You do not have to defeat all enemies to move past the next areas. Always aim you Stasis Gun in a way that hits all enemies. You can jump ahead to the next platform if the moving platforms are moving slower than you want. You can also use the Stasis Gun on the Executioner so you do not have to deal with it while avoiding the laser and hacking the hacking spots. In the last area, use the Stasis Gun on two bots at a time when they are about to shoot out their missiles—these are indicated when an alarm sounds off and their targetting laser starts blinking.
