This is an inherently tricky challenge but always try to stand on the moving platform's side that is closest to the hacking spot you are trying to hack. Try to anticipate the change in camera perspective when the platform moves and keep the hacking spot in view so it does not get interrupted. While on the second moving platform, focus on hacking the leftmost and middle hacking spots as you can jump forward on another platform to complete the rightmost hacking spot.
