Completing the Help the Aniimo Challenges can net you rewards like chests and even Lumin Amber. The challenges are varied events where Aniimos require your assistance in whatever they need. They can be spotted on the map with a paw print icon.

How to begin the challenges
To begin each challenge, you will need the Aniimo of the same kind or an Aniimo of the same family to talk to them. If you cannot begin the challenge, it is because that Aniimo is not in your storage or party. Go find that Aniimo and when it is caught, twine with that Aniimo and you can talk to them to begin.
How to Use and Change Skills
Sometimes, the challenge will require you to use skills to solve the puzzle. Equip the required skill to solve the puzzle on the Talent Menu where the skills can be found.
 |  Open the menu and select "Character." |
 |  Go to the "Talents" tab and select the skill you want. |
 |  On the "Equip" screen, select the skill you want and press "Replace/Gear." |
