This can be found at the Breezy Plains Outpost.
Fists I Walkthrough
[1] Talk to Icho.
Go to the Outpost where Dr. Lewis is and talk to Icho.
[2] Find the meaning of being a Warrior.
You must finish the Journey, The Legend of Thousand-Fang Ridge: Warrior before you can continue.
Talk to Icho again.
