How to Unlock Starlet
Once you have access to Horizon Square in Astra, you can check all the shops in there, including the Starwish Gacha. You can buy a Starwish Coin from Starlet.
When buying for the first time, it will unlock the "Collect Voxel Coins!" journey.
What is a Starwish Coin?
Starwish Coins are used to play the Starwish Gachapon. Talk to Chee-Chee in front of the shop to access the Gachapon.
You can get Starwish Coin by purchasing it from Starlet for 100 Voxel Coins.
