Super Claw Malfunction is a sub-quest of the Journey, Mysterious Presence. Once you start the main journey, you will end up with this sub-quest.
[2] Talk to Jiff at the Super Claw shop in Astra.

Nova tells you that this is related to the Super Claw Malfunction at Jiff's shop. You can track this quest at the Journey tab in your Log. Once you arrive at the Super Claw shop, talk to Jiff.
Check the device at the top and collect a Voxel Cube.
