Meeting Helion and Lunara
Near the start of the game, you'll meet Helion and Lunara, Perfect Potential state Light-type Aniimo. You'll choose one to join you as a companion, and they carry a lot of weight lore-wise in the Main Story.

| Holy Roar Skill | Unleashes a roar to attack targets. On hit, the user's Light Damage Amp increases, stacking up to 3 times. : Use 4 Basic Attacks to gain it. Once acquired, the skill is enhanced enhances the skill's effect. |
| Light Bombardment Skill | Dive at the target, smashing into them. When : is active, the damage is increased. |
| Sun Kissed Skill | Recovers EP. If : Use 4 Basic Attacks to gain it. Once acquired, the skill is enhanced is active, more EP is recovered. |

Which Starter Aniimo Should You Choose
Your choice for which companion really depends on:
- Visual Preference
- Fighting Style Preference
- Team Composition
If you already had a DPS in mind that serves the same role as either Lunara or Helion, it might be better to choose the other one.
Or, if you already have a team in mind that doesn't involve either, then it's okay to pick just according to your visual and vocal performance preference.
