Fly Free Summary
The Chirpi is pissed that someone littered the area, but the musical scores remind them of the Legendary Windgliders and the Freedom Bell. You help the Chirpi assemble a band to get the Bell of Freedom to bloom again.

Fly Free Walkthrough
[1] Talk to the Chirpi.
Twine as a Chirpi family Aniimo and talk to the Chirpi.
[2] Find Aniimo willing to join the band.
Look around the area and invite Aniimo into your band.
[3] See how practice is going.
Go to the tip of the cliff and talk to the Aniimo. Try to practice with them...it does not go well. Talk to them after twining with a Chirpi family Aniimo. Practice doesn't go so well but they're all trying their own way to achieve "Freedom".
[4] Find a Tubster.
You have to either evolve any of your Chirpi into a Tubster or catch a Tubster in the Argent Strait.
To evolve a Chirpi into a Tubster, you will need the Chirpi to be at least level 18 AND have a BREAK potential of 6. This may mean trying to catch or hatch numerous Perfect or Elite Chirpi and luck out in getting one, or using a capafruit on a Chirpi to improve its stats.
If it seems too much trouble, you can always try catching the Alpha Tubster boss instead.
When you get one, go back to the band and introduce them to Tubster.
[5] Show what "Freedom" is to the Tubster.
Go to this area and show the scenery to Tubster. They don't understand the score since they can't fly so you try to convince them that they can through your belief....whoops, you both fall to the ground, but are saved by the bouncy pads.

Return to the band. They are apologetic to Tubster and want to try again. They all sing in harmony this time. Remember the order is Chirpi-Tromber-Cornet-Tubster.

Now that the Bell of Freedom has bloomed, the perfumer so focused on it has left you a special perfume.
