Bohr, the Aniimology Instructor
Bohr is an Aniimology Instructor that the pathfinder meets during the main story. He introduces the Prismana Aniimo and allows you to form a pact with them early in the game. You can choose among the 14 Prismana Aniimo.
Where to Find the Mysterious Vendor

You can find Bohr during the quest, Institute Initiation. He serves as an optional objective. You can find him at the Polaris Institute in Astra.
Prismana Promise Screen
Interact with the Hologram of the Prismana Aniimo. You will see a prompt, "Open the Prismana Promise Screen." So, Even if Bohr is not there, you can still access the pact.
You can also access it on your menu and choose "Events." From there, you will find the list of events, and you can choose "Prismana Pact."
