The Matsumae Samurai are building a bridge and want people to capture the saboteur getting in their way.

1 Talk to the Matsumae Commander.

2 Survey the area by using your spyglass.

3 Follow the merchant.

4 Set up camp.

5 Defeat the ronin. You will be given a choice when you talk to Sanjuro:
・I still have a job to do
・I understand, but this won't end well

6 Talk to the Matsumae Commander.
