1 Get the Turtle Man Kamekichi bounty from the Ishikari Market bounty board.
2 Head over to the Abandoned Fishing Camp and investigate the area. There are 3 objects you can interact with in the camp.
3 Fire arrows will lead you to a hill near Nohoro Cave.
4 Enter the cave and you will find Kamekichi. Talk to him.
5 Light the campfire and make a meal for him to eat.
6 He will quietly pass away afterward. You can then obtain Turtle Man Kamekichi's Mask.
