1 Complete the Mystic Tale Takezo the Unrivalled, and equip all five charm rewards from that questline. Wait at Mount Yotei's peak. Climb through the Mount Yōtei Shrine to reach the camp.

2 Fight and defeat Takezo the Unrivalled again.
