1 Take the Eijiro the Ruthless bounty from the Ishikari Market bounty board.
2 Head to Higashi Lumberyard.
3 Kill all the enemies at the camp. The last survivor will tell you that Eijiro is behind the wooden gate.
4 Interact with the gate and have a 1v1 duel with Eijiro.
5 Obtain Eijiro the Ruthless' Mask.
