Toshi the Torch Walkthrough
1 Get the Toshi the Torch bounty from the Ishikari Market bounty board.
2 Head to Coastal Cave.
3 Talk to the person at the entrance.
4 Enter the cave and follow the path. You will get attacked with fire by the target. Chase after him and kill him.
5 Loot his body.
6 Get out of the cave with the NPC.
7 There will be other enemies when you come out. Kill them while protecting the NPC.
8 Talk to the NPC afterwards.
